Utthiti – Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy

At Utthiti, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, don’t worry—we’re here to help!

Return & Replacement – Before Accepting the Product

If you receive a wrong, damaged, or defective product, please inspect the product in front of the delivery agent and let us know immediately if there’s an issue. We will only accept a replacement request if the issue is reported before accepting the goods. If you find any problem, please inform the delivery agent immediately, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund as soon as possible.

To Return a Product, You’ll Need:

  • A valid order number or invoice.
  • A proper reason (see below).

You Can Return If:

  • You received the wrong product.
  • The product is damaged or not working.
  • Parts or accessories are missing.
  • The item is not as described on our website.

You Cannot Return If:

  • You accepted the item and later changed your mind.
  • The product was used, damaged by you, or has missing parts.
  • The original box or packaging is missing.

Important: Check Before You Accept

Please inspect the product at the time of delivery in front of the delivery agent. Once you accept the product, we will only accept a return if there is a valid issue like damage or defect. No complaints will be entertained after the product has been accepted.

  • Partial deliveries are not eligible for return. You must return the whole order if there’s an issue.

If We Cancel Your Order:

In rare cases, a product may be unavailable. If this happens:

  • We may cancel your order within 15 working days.
  • If you paid in advance, we will process your refund within 10 working days.
  • Any cashback used will be adjusted against the refund.

If You Cancel Your Order:

If you decide to cancel after placing the order and have made an online payment, we will deduct the payment gateway fee before processing the refund.

Refunds:

  • If we don’t have the product in stock or if there’s an issue with the product and you prefer a refund, we will process it after verifying the issue.
  • Refunds will be completed within 10 working days.
